It's not immediately clear what is happening in this picture. Trace the white cable back to the Sky minidish however and you might see what the problem is. The whole length of the cable is hanging about 3ft high in the air. The Sky installer must have misjudged the cable length and rather than cut another one they have decided to suspend it in the air like a washing line. This is obviously not good for the cable and eventually it's going to cause a total loss of reception, probably after a short period of intermittent faults and strange tapping noises in high winds!
